A place, not a perfect replica. Open map coverage varies. You’ll see the number of buildings and estimated heights before downloading. No buildings? Try a different area or import your own data.

257 Overture footprints around the plaza · 200 m area · September 2026 release. Saved locally; heights are estimates.

Have your own building data? Import GeoJSON

FROM MAP TO MAKER

Your first city print

  1. Search for a city and select a result. Drag the center handle to frame a small neighborhood. Use Compare to keep the real map beside your miniature.
  2. Build the miniature. Sparse coverage means missing buildings; estimated heights are not measurements.
  3. Adjust size and height boost. Export the STL and the source/attribution file.
  4. Import into Bambu Studio in millimetres. Select your A1 and filament, inspect every layer, and test-print before selling.

The model fuses building footprints to real elevation relief with a flat underside. Mountains end at your selected boundary. Buildings have level roofs on raised foundations, not surveyed foundations. Optional river/lake recesses follow mapped water; centerline-only widths may be estimated or widened. Water depth is illustrative, not bathymetry. Preview colours are not included in STL. Tiny features can disappear at print scale.

Overture combines OSM and machine-detected footprints. Its tiles have finite coordinate precision; missing heights are estimates, not measurements. Free community search and map services have capacity limits. This is a small-use prototype, not an unlimited production service.
